Incredible example of discipline, attention to detail and great customer service. Equals a great Burger.

One of my favorite fast food places. I should have gotten animal fries...

First time trying it. Pretty good. Very fresh. Had a Double Double Animal Style. Very good. I think its a tiny bit overhyped but really good. Liked that they cut fresh fries, but honestly they weren't that great. A friend said if you have them Animal Style as well they are very good. Will have to try it next time. Restaurant was super clean too.

They have the best protien burgers if any fast food chain!!

Do I even need to explain why in-n-out gets 5 stars? Animal style is love, animal style is life. I also like the mustard patty, in case nobody knows about that. Freaking amazing flavors.

My wife and I really like In-N-Out, but this location was highly disappointing. We ordered protein burgers. Both of our burgers had almost no lettuce. One side had only a partial piece of lettuce. The fries were like the scraps from the bottom of the bin. Very few large pieces of fries. The strawberry milkshake, however was good. Had this been my first experience at In-N-Out, I would never go back again, but I know this is atypical for In-N-Out.

Fast and great service!! Clean environment! Good and cheap food (In-N-Out signature standards: tasty burgers with customized choices such as animal style, protein style, double-double, or simply regular). Usually, not that crowded! The only one drawback (con) is that the bathrooms are not family-friendly (there is no changing table for babies)!!!

IN-N-OUT is always awesome. They lost my order and went through 30 additional orders before I asked what happened. As soon as I did they made it on the spot and gave a voucher for a free meal next time. Quick mistake, recovery made.

The double-double was......I cant even explain it. It like melts I your mouth with the cheese fresh lettuce and tomatoes, with the pickles. It makes me feel warm inside. The customer service was great. The lady that took my order was very understanding. She even had a sense of humor. She never had to ask me to repeat because she was actually listening. I would totally recommend it to people who want to try something new

These Burger places are widespread in California, we have been to several because they offer good value and generous portion sizes as well as being very tasty.Not been? Give one a try you will enjoy I am sure.

This is solely based on my visit just now: soda was flat (2nd time in a row) you asked me if I wanted ketchup, I said yes. Yet, No ketchup. Fries have no salt and for that long wait.. very disappointed and wish I went to McDonald’s instead. I can honestly say I’ve never said that before. Each time I go to this location the quality goes down. Come on Managememt, your making $120k a year.. the little things are the problem.

Not very friendly staff... From the girl who took my order, the guy who made me insert my own card, to the girl that handed me my old tasting food. I've been coming to In-N-Out for years, and the animal fries I received were a joke! Including the sloppy animal style burger that was thrown in my bag! The girl who handed me my bag gave it to me with dressing all over it!Lettuce all thrown out inside the bag and the animal fries tasted like they were made ahead of time and just sitting there!Waste of time and money..

Dallas, Jeremy & Mary ! Met them all today working at the In & Out ! I'm from Chicago so I enjoy some burgers when I'm here i'm California. The food was great, everything on the order was spot on. Thank you very much ! The drive through was packed at around 1145 but that's how lunch time is anywhere that serves good, consistent, affordable food! Thanks to everyone working hard there.

Best food after a night of bowling! One of the guys there hooked it up with some spread and personally delivered it to our table. He defiantely made our night! Highly recommend after a night of drinking. Great place will go again!

Standard issue In-n Out and that's a good thing. I'm constantly amazed by the consistency in service and quality at all the I-n-Os I visit. Food is always great and staff is always friendly and despite being always busy the facilities remain clean. Truly remarkable.

Had the double and a fry. Good fast food.. But compared to five guys, in and out is not that good.

The burgers are always good here, fries were too salty tho, next time I will ask to take it easy on the salt

Because it's reliable & good. They endeavor to take food allergies into consideration. There are pleasant people there. Shout out to Diane & Maria two of my favorites.

This place is the best fast food there is! No matter which In and Out we go to we can depend on great food and service. The employees are always professional, polite and friendly. The food is always excellent. There is never a ”our milkshake machine does not work” issue either! Great place to go!

Honestly, in n out burgers are always good, so nothing really to complain about in that camp. The service here is really good and quick. The drive thru line can be very long (like it stretching almost all the way outside the parking lot!), but that goes by quick as well.

Keto friendly, while not advertised much!!! Order the bunless burger, simply amazing! Oh, make it a double double with extra cheese. My mouth is watering just writing this!!! Good Day!

Always delicious, especially the animal style double-double. This place is a go-to for a delicious bite or a big snack. The burgers and fries are very reasonably priced and you get a good amount of food. This location is very convenient, right off 101. Definitely worth a stop.

What can you say about In n Out that hasn't already been said. They have clean, well lit restaurants with nice bathrooms and seating areas, great food, amazing customer service and a top notch, predictably great experience every time... Every food operator should take notice and emulate their success.

Only place I eat French fries. Burgers are amazing, simple menu. For vegetarian, wehave grilled cheese, grilled cheese animal style for adventurous souls..

In-n-Out is always extremely busy so be prepared to wait, day or night. The staff was friendly and tried to be as expediant as possible.The facility was clean and well maintained. The outdoor eating area was small for the amount of people that eat there. If you do not mind the wait and possibly eating in your car, which is an option when ordering, you should not be disappointed. The food is yummy, and for the most part fairly priced.

Although it's always busy, it is consistently fast, and and quality never waivers..new to the location I visit, is the peppercinis..they are WAY hotter than anyone would think. I never saw that option until 2 years ago. Not on menu, but ask at drive thru, or inside...its by the condiments and napkins

Always the freshest burgers and fries.Love the toasted buns and special sauce.The only negative.......The meat is too small for the bun.Have to take a couple of bites of bun to get to the meat.
